1. Orders
All custom orders are produced based on the information, artwork, and specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs, spelling, dates, logos, measurements, colors, and design details before approving production.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- Orders will not enter production until payment requirements have been satisfied.
- Any remaining balances are due before shipment or pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on product type, quantity, current workload, and material availability.
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Artful Inscriptions is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Equipment maintenance
- Material shortages
- Natural disasters
- Events beyond our reasonable control
4. Custom Products
Because nearly all of our products are personalized or custom-made:
- All custom sales are final.
- Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an error was made by Artful Inscriptions or the product arrives damaged.
- Natural variations in wood grain, leather, acrylic, slate, marble, glass, metal, and other materials are expected and make each item unique.
- Colors displayed on computer monitors and mobile devices may vary slightly from the finished product.
5. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers certify that they own or have permission to use any logos, photographs, trademarks, artwork, or copyrighted material submitted to Artful Inscriptions.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artful Inscriptions from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
6. Marketing & Product Photography
Artful Inscriptions takes great pride in every custom product we create.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to production, Artful Inscriptions reserves the unrestricted right to photograph, video record, reproduce, publish, and display any products we create for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, websites, print publications, trade shows, portfolios, catalogs, and other business-related purposes.
This includes products featuring:
- Company logos
- Business branding
- Personalized engravings
- Custom artwork
- Awards
- Gifts
- Promotional items
- Home décor
- Specialty products
By placing an order, you grant Artful Inscriptions a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use photographs and videos of completed products for promotional purposes.
Customer privacy is important to us. We will never intentionally publish personal contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or other confidential customer information.
Customers requesting complete confidentiality for a project must notify Artful Inscriptions in writing before production begins. We reserve the right to approve or deny confidentiality requests at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All original artwork created by Artful Inscriptions remains the intellectual property of Artful Inscriptions.
- Product photography, website content, graphics, logos, marketing materials, and designs are protected by copyright laws.
- No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the operation or security of this website.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.
- Use bots, scraping software, or automated tools to collect information from this website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Use this website in violation of any applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability

10. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery pass to the customer.
Artful Inscriptions is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost packages
- Carrier damage
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and notify both the carrier and Artful Inscriptions of any shipping damage.
11. Warranty
Artful Inscriptions guarantees that products will be free from defects in workmanship at the time of shipping.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Improper cleaning
- Accidental damage
- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or sunlight
- Customer modifications after delivery
12. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and communicating regarding purchases.

Marketing Rights Summary
